Editing titles e.g. add "NEW" to all eBay / Amazon listings

Note: The instructions and screenshots refer to eBay, but the concept is identical for Amazon.

eBay titles are linked to "Name" by default ("Name" is synced from your ecommerce platform).  If a product Name changes, then by default the eBay Title will change.

You can have a different eBay Title to "Name".  You have two choice for editing:

1) Entering a 'hard coded' value into the eBay Title field.  This is usually done on individual products.

e.g. if Name was "medium bag", you could enter "Medium sized overnight bag" into the eBay Title column.  However, if you do that, the link between Name and eBay Title has been broken and the title will still reflect "Medium sized overnight bag" even if Name changes.

To revert back to the formula/linked approach, enter {name} in the eBay Title field (either individually or in bulk).

2) Enter a formula value into the eBay Title field.  This can be done both individually or in bulk.

To see the result of the formula before it gets published to eBay, it's useful to display the "eBay Title Result" column from the column chooser:

You can then enter formulas such as "NEW {name}".  This inserts a 'constant' of "NEW" infront of all the 'Names' that remain 'variables' and linked to your product catalog in your platform.

Note, you edit the Title, you can't edit the Title Result.
