What we mean by "Full Integration"
Codisto does far more than the typical Amazon or eBay plugin, which only creates listings or maybe does basic transfers of sales data.
Inventory Synchronised both ways
It doesn't matter whether a sale happens on Amazon or eBay or on your website. Inventory levels are updated everywhere automatically to ensure you are not at risk of overselling.
For example, if you sell your last of an item on your website, the corresponding eBay listing is updated to "out of stock". The listing itself is retained. This is a very important point because this unique approach retains all your sales history on the listing, ensuring that when the product is back in stock, the previous ranking of the listing in search results is restored.
Amazon and eBay Sales are transferred
Every sale that occurs on Amazon or eBay is automatically synchronised as an order to your ecommerce platform, including all of the customer and item information. Any status change that occurs on Amazon or eBay (such as the purchase being paid for) will automatically update the order on your ecommerce platform.
When the same buyer purchases more than one item from you is when the solution gets really clever. It will combine the sales, calculate and apply combined shipping (if appropriate) and send the buyer a combined eBay invoice, all without you having to lift a finger. The corresponding order in your ecommerce will automatically reflect these changes.
Whether you process shipments in your ecommerce platform or Amazon/eBay, the tracking data is automatically synchronised. A tracking number added to the sales record in Amazon/eBay either manually or via a shipping integration is synchronised back to the order in your ecommerce platform. Any order where shipping is processed in your ecommerce platform will have the tracking information automatically synchronised to the corresponding Amazon/eBay sale.
When you mark an order as processed, feedback is automatically left for the buyer.
