If you have multiple levels of hierarchy within your business and require differing levels of permission for your teams, with multi-user account access you can grant access to employees or delegates to perform specific business functions. This provides you with added security and privacy for your eBay account. 

Multi-user account access allows you to create account permissions to:

• Create/edit/publish/revise your new or existing listings
• Create read-only access to the orders tab and/or download permissions

Go to My eBay > Summary > Account, and click Permissions under My Account to invite your users and grant them permissions.

*NOTE* As a Codisto user you should not be required to perform listing/order management on eBay (unless you’re managing returns/cancelled orders and order escalations).
