Connecting Your First Sales Channel
Once you’ve installed Codisto Channel Cloud, and become familiar with the Home Screen, it’s time to connect your first sales channel.
To connect your first sales channel, simply select either Google, Amazon or eBay from the “Connect Channels” Navigation Card.
Once you choose which sales channel you will be connecting to, you will then select which regional Google, Amazon or eBay site you will be selling on.
You will then be prompted to log in to your sales channel account using your account credentials and authorize Channel Cloud to sync your account.
To do this, you will need either an Amazon Professional Sellers account, eBay Seller Account or a Google account. If you don’t already have an Amazon or eBay selling account, you will need to create one before you can connect to Amazon or eBay. If you do not have a Google account, Channel Cloud can create one for you automatically, as well as a Google Merchant Center account required to list your products for sale on Google.
Once you have authorized Channel Cloud to sync your, simply follow the prompts to complete connecting your chosen sales channel, and return to the Channel Cloud Home Screen.
You can connect additional regions to existing sales channels or add an entirely new sales channel at any time from the Home Screen, or by navigating to the Settings View and ‘Manage sales channels’.
