Setting Amazon Shipping Rules
Shipping settings are found under the FBA or Merchant Fulfilled column group in the offer values in the Codisto XpressGrid and the FBA or Merchant Fulfilled settings in Single-edit Mode.
FBA or Merchant Fulfilled
Select whether the product will be fulfilled by you (Merchant) or if Amazon is warehousing and fulfilling the product - Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA).
FBA means listings use FBA shipping rules. (From a quantity standpoint, webstore quantities/Codisto settings are ignored and listings use stock held in Amazon fulfillment centres).
Merchant fulfilled (FBM) uses shipping rules set in Amazon Seller Central (see Shipping Group below). (From a quantity standpoint, listings use webstore quantities/Codisto settings).
Applicable Dangerous Goods Regulations
Choose from the dropdown list if applicable to your product per Amazon regulations.
Shipping Group
Not relevant for FBA.
For Merchant fulfilled, Codisto Channel Cloud by default will send the "Default Shipping Template" (that is created by the merchant directly in Seller Central) on the listings. This will happen if the Shipping group field is left blank. (There is no ability via the Amazon API to create Shipping rules, only apply them. Hence, they need to be set on Amazon directly).
If you want to set a different shipping template to the default template against a (set of) product(s), you need to type in the exact name of the shipping template you have set on Amazon (case sensitive) in the shipping group field. It can be bulk edited using filters if required.
Dispatch Time
Not relevant for FBA. The number of days after receipt of an order that the product will be dispatched.
